On January 21, 2023, members of the of Çarşamba commodity exchange Board of Directors paid an introductory visit to the International Investors Association of Georgia. During the meeting, the parties discussed Turkey-Georgia trade and economic relations, Investment Climate In Georgia, and the importance of attracting foreign investments. Osman Chalishkan Mzhavanadze, Chairman of the   Turkey-Georgia Business Council  of DEIK and International Investors Association of Georgia, thanked the guests for  visiting the association.

On January 12, 2023, Chairman of the Deik Turkey-Georgia Business Council and the International Investors Association of Georgia, Osman Chalishkan Mzhavanadze paid a return visit to the District Governorof hopa city of the Republic of Turkey and the head of the Sarfi border checkpoint administration, Gurkan Uchuncu. At the meeting, the parties discussed the possibilities of deepening the cooperation between the two countries in the fields of trade, economy and culture, the delays at the Sarfi customs and other relevant issues.

On January 12, 2023, Chairman of Deik's Turkey-Georgia Business Council and International Investors Association of Georgia, Osman Chalishkan Mzhavanadze, visited Ersin Basharan, Head of the Regional Department of Customs and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Turkey, Katagiri, and Shenol Alkan, Head of the Sarfi Customs Checkpoint. During the meeting, the parties talked about current issues, deepening of Turkey-Georgia trade and economic relations, problems at the Sarfi customs checkpoint and ways to solve them.

On December 21, 2022, the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a conference in Batumi regarding the Law of Georgia on Entrepreneurs - the latest practice and current issues. At the conference, the parties discussed legislative changes and challenges related to their implementation in practice. Government and private sector representatives, chairpersons of associations and businessmen attended the conference. The mentioned meeting was also attended by the Chairman of the Türkiye -Georgia Business Council of DEIK and the International Investors Association of Georgia, Osman Chalishkan Mzhavanadze.

On December 16, 2022, a working meeting was held online between  the chairmens of the Eurasian business councils of DEIK. During the meeting, the parties discussed Türkiye-Georgia trade and economic relations, activities carried out this year and future plans. "Turkey is a friendly country and a trade partner of Georgia, it is necessary to jointly promote the deepening of trade and economic relations between the two countries and the maximum use of Georgia's investment potential" - noted Osman Chalishkan Mzhavanadze, of the DEIK Türkiye-Georgia Business Council and the International Investors Association of Georgia.

On December 15, 2022, the Chairman of Deik's Turkey-Georgia Business Council and International Investors Association of Georgia, Osman Chalishkan Khavanadze, visited Hamza Kose, Chairman of MÜSİAD Batumi branch. He moved to a new office. He congratulated and wished him success. Also, Members of the MÜSİAD Batumi Association also attended the meeting. At the meeting, the parties discussed the current issues, the investment environment of Georgia and the importance of attracting foreign investments.

On December 15, 2022, the conference "Development of a partnership system to improve the implementation of industrial labor and health protection standards in Georgia" was held in Batumi by "Business Georgia" and "Workplace Safety, Health and Environmental Protection Association (VDSI)".   At the meeting, they talked about issues of labor safety, challenges and problems in the employment sector in Georgia. The conference was held within the framework of the project "Improved working conditions for safe and healthy work" funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Government and private sector representatives, chairpersons of associations and businessmen attended the said conference. The mentioned meeting was also attended by the the Chairman of the DEIK Türkiye-Georgia Business Council and the International Investors Association of Georgia, Osman Chalishkan Mzhavanadze.

Their sports outfit was made by "Adjara Textile". The company is a beneficiary of the "Make in Georgia" agency. Getting Georgian products to the world football forum is an important factor for the promotion of the country.
